Returns Policy

Hologram Outdoors is committed to providing you with the highest-quality products and the best service. We stand by everything we make, but if something isn’t working for you, let’s figure it out. Hologram has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy for goods that are returned in as-new condition inside the original packaging.

Refunds on returns will be given only on the purchase price (less shipping and handling costs).

Contact info@hologramoutdoors.co.nz for a return authorisation. Once Hologram has confirmed the return, ship the item packed in the original carton to our Mount Maunganui HQ along with a copy of the proof of purchase and/or the original packing slip.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the returns request and if approved, Hologram Outdoors will consider the options. Options include replacement, repair or refund. If a refund is due, this will be issued back to the original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to appear on your bank statement once we approve the product return. Our products come with a solid warranty that covers issues with materials and workmanship. We don't like landfill. Because of this, we go the extra mile to help your Hologram gear perform and last longer. That means if gear breaks or gets damaged and can't be used, get in touch! We love seeing our gear tick over and keep delivering memories to our favourite people - we want you safe, sound and cosy for your next surf trip.
